The kind of special reservation you’d make when mom & dad are in town. Bonus pts: Taylor & Travis have dined here. The iconic dish: the fresh (and flown in!) hearts of palm salad.
The vibe: The bride’s favorite mediterranean spot in the world. Super cute, dress it up or down. Courtyard in the back. The best pita you’ll ever have. Try the fried chicken hummus–you will be changed forever. Half off hummus & drinkys at 4pm!
The vibe: a very famous New Orleans restaurant, known for their breakfast & brunch, and celebrated for their whole menu. Gorgeous interior, plus a large courtyard.
The vibe: classic New Orleans spot for dinner. Neighborhood-y and VERY charming.

The vibe: Gorgeous, top-knotch, delicious. Ask to sit outside for a table on their porch with views of the courtyard pool.
The vibe: Adorable and very french. Casual lunch, breakfast, bakery, coffee.
The vibe: We walk over from our house and pick up pies to-go. Very, very good pizza. Easy for a quick fix.

The vibe: A gorgeous bar, exceptional cocktails. Near our home & Trinity Church.
The vibe: Uptown near Tulane. Voted the best cocktail bar in the US.
Bourbon Street
The vibe: New Orlean's famous strip of bars in the French Quarter. Great for a daytime stroll for funny tourist knick-knacks, huge drinks & great live music. Must visit: Pat O'Brien's. If you take an uber, it's easiest to call it to/from Canal Street - The Ritz is a great spot to do so.
